NEMA Photographers – About Us

We are a husband and wife team with a passion for journalistic style of photography. We have enjoyed taking pictures of family and friends throughout the years, and decided to further our dream as professional wedding & portrait photographers.

Now, nearly three years later, I have taken on being a full-time friendly and outgoing photographer. Edmond and I work together as a team to capture the best. We like to have fun, we like for you to feel fabulous and we definitely love capturing your moments! To us, the essence of journalistic photography is found in the simple sincere love of our work. We take pride in our work and we love to showcase everything we do!

Hey how’s it going? Glad you stopped by! Our photography is simple, fresh, and natural. We are photojournalistic wedding and portrait photographers. We love to bring out all those special and unique moments in each shoot. We enjoy goofing around with our clients, having fun, and just being ourselves.We started our business in January 2008 and since then, couldn’t be any happier! We eat, breathe, and sleep photography! We attend seminars regularly and take hands on shoots to build our knowledge and creativity. Being not only your photographer, but your friend is how NEMA Photography, LLC approaches you and your loved ones. Being comfortable with us is top priority! Welcome to NEMA Photography

We will start off with our Eldest daughter ALLAYSHA..She is ten years old and an awesome 5th grader. Loves to have fun with family and friends, and is a great helper with her siblings. I wouldn’t know how I would survive with out her help! Oh and btw, she loves fedora hats.

Next is our 2 year old “little monster”…OWYNN. Owynn loves attention and has to have his morning sippy cup with milk. If he doesn’t get it at a certain time every morning, then our day doesn’t start off too fresh! His best friend is Thomas. Thomas the train that is.He can play for hours with his trains! He’s a well rounded little boy with lots of energy!

And lastly, our 10 month old daughter…ELLAMAE. EllaMae is momma’s girlAlways wants mommy, to eat with and to go to sleep with. She’s very spoiled! think she’s spoiled because I know that she’s my last one! Three kids is plenty, so I’m savoring my time with her.Pretty soon, she will be walking around here with her little side kick kuya Owynn.

And this is US!!! We’ve been married for 4 years now, and we can honestly say that we have grown not only as individual people, but as a couple! Our love is as strong as a rock. Our foundation as one has been built with scarifice, communication, and patience. Like many married couples, having children isn’t that easy. The time with your spouse seems to occasionaly disappear. Being wedding & portrait photographers, allows us to hang out with one another and do somehing that we truely love, photography. It’s our time together, without our children, to have fun! Our children are our world, and as you will see, there are many pictures of them!Edmond and I are best friends!

This is what we would look like for your wedding. We always wear black comfy Ralph Lauren polo shirts, with black slacks, along with comfy black NIKE shoes. You may be saying..huh? NIKE shoes and a polo shirt!? Are you kidding!Ed and I have been through it all. Being nice and dressed up for an event, and then being relaxed and comfortable. Being comfortable was no doubt the key to capture beautiul moments. Ed and I take images from all sorts of angles, so we want to make sure we are comfortable through out the entire time. Don’t worry, our polo’s have to be nice and black, if not, we always get new ones!:) For family portraits, we prefer to wear jeans!
